Michael Bach Atlanta - Georgia Drezden Capital Investment Mr. Michael Bach Atlanta is the Chief Executive Officer of Drezden Capital Advisors.  He was a 16 year veteran in the finance industry whereby Michael Bach, Atlanta was previously the Managing Partner of a mid-market Private Equity firm.  To his credit, Michael has executed corporate takeovers in the healthcare, transportation, distribution and various manufacturing disciplines.  During his tenure in the Private Equity sector he originated and completed transactions which included debt offerings (Senior and Mezzanine Debt) totaling $189 million, Equity capital assemblages totaling $34 million, as well as executing merger transactions and divestitures totaling $281million during his career.  Mr. Bach attended North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, majoring in both Architectural and Mechanical Engineering.   According to Michael Bach Atlanta, he is working alongside two other professionals in the establishment and launch of the fund, both of which are former private equity veterans.
